Chatgrow uses Google Workspace APIs to provide certain functionalities within our service.

Any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models.
Data accessed through these APIs is used solely for providing specific service features requested by you or your organization.

No AI Training: We do not use your data to train generalized AI models. We use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to generate responses from your data without compromising confidentiality.
Data Storage and Retention

On Chatgrow’s own systems; and
On the systems of cloud-based database management service providers engaged by Chatgrow, located primarily in the United States (and, where applicable, the UK or other regions as needed).
We retain data as follows:
Customer service data is retained for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with Chatgrow and for a reasonable period thereafter for:

Security and fraud prevention
Historical and archiving purposes associated with our services
Prospect data is retained until it no longer has business value and is then removed from Chatgrow systems in line with our data retention procedures.
All personal data that Chatgrow controls may be deleted upon verified request from data subjects or their authorized agents, subject to legal and contractual retention obligations.
Children’s Data
Chatgrow’s services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children.
